Private Iron Infusions in central London
Our specialists provide consultant-led iron infusions and treatment for anemia in a private clinical environment.
1. Test
If you haven't done so already, we organise thorough blood tests that include:
- Full Blood Count (FBC)
- Iron studies including ferritin levels
and optionally check your
- Thyroid function
- Liver function
- Vitamin B12 and folate
- Electrolyte levels

2. Consult and Treat
Start with a consultation, by video or in person at our Harley Street clinic. One of our doctors will review your symptoms, blood results, and medical history, and may suggest additional steps to support your overall iron health.
To save time, you can upload your results and complete a short medical questionnaire in advance. If you're coming to the clinic, we can plan your infusion for the same day.
Your infusion is administered by trained practitioners under consultant oversight: safe, monitored, and usually over in about 90 minutes.

3. Support
Following your infusion, our clinical team is always here to answer any questions and provide ongoing support where needed. Repeat blood tests can also be arranged where appropriate to ensure your iron levels are recovering as expected.
Should you require any further treatment or follow-up advice, we are here to help throughout your journey.
