Alongside his clinical work, Nick founded Staffing Professionals, a clinical staffing agency that has supported hospitals across the UK for more than 20 years. His roles across both NHS and private hospitals in London have seen him work across multiple specialties, with particular interest in cardiac care and the haematological management of unwell patients, including the use of TEG to support informed decision-making.
Through his extensive experience, Nick has also recognised how frequently iron deficiency and anaemia are overlooked in routine practice and the significant impact they have on a person’s health, energy and quality of life.
